Helping Kids & Teens Feel More Strong, Connected and Free— One Brave Step at a Time

Guiding children and teenagers — and the adults who love them — with evidence-based care, compassion, and courage.

You’re Here Because You Care. And So Do We.

If your child or teen—or one you love—is struggling with anxiety, school or relationships, you’re not alone. More than ever, children and teenagers today are growing up in a world full of pressure, unpredictability, and change.

Anxiety and doubt start small—and before we know it, they shape how we show up at school, in friendships, in family, in life.

But it doesn’t have to stay that way. Here, we believe in a different story:

Children and teenagers can learn to face their fears and overcome struggles—with love, with tools, and with people who believe in them.

Meet Dr.  Dana Rhule

Dr. Dana Rhule is a licensed clinical psychologist who has spent over 20 years helping children and teenagers, as well as the adults who support them, find courage, joy, and connection through evidence-based treatment for anxiety and related challenges.

Her work is rooted in compassion, cultural humility, deep clinical skill, and the unshakable belief that every child and teen deserves to feel confident, brilliant, and beautiful in their own skin.

What Makes Dana’s Approach Different?

Dr. Rhule combines warmth, creativity, and top-tier clinical expertise to meet every child and teen exactly where they are. Her practice is grounded in:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) customized for each child and teen

  • Body-based strategies like mindfulness and calming techniques

  • Relational skills & coping tools that last a lifetime

  • Coaching with caregivers and schools to create a comprehensive and lasting approach

Dana helps kids and teens build the tools to feel strong, joyful and connected—not just today, but for their lifetime.
